Mr Vikramaditya Chandra has been associated with NDTV since 1994 and is presently the CEO of NDTV Networks. He became a member of the NDTV Board in November 2011.
He presents several TV programmes such as The Big Fight, one of India's top-rated news and current affairs programme and Gadget Guru. As a special correspondent, Mr Chandra has extensively covered the Siachen and Kargil wars and conflicts in Kashmir. He has also anchored three Greenathons, which raised money for solar lanterns.At present, he is associated with the ’Save our Tigers‘campaign.
Mr Chandra has been named as the ’Global Leader for Tomorrow‘ and a 'Young Global Leader' by the World Economic Forum in Davos. He has won the Indian Television Academy Award 2008 in the ’Best Anchor for a Talk Show‘ category, the Hero Honda Award for ‘Best Anchorperson’ and the Teacher's Achievement Award for ‘Communication’.
